Recipe Ingredients
See the recipe card below for exact quantities and serving details.

- Pickle juice. For a milder taste, dilute with water.
- Gelatin. Use unflavored gelatin so the pickle flavor comes through.
How to make pickle gummies
Follow these simple steps; full instructions and amounts are in the recipe card below.

Step One. Add the pickle juice to a small pot and sprinkle the gelatin over the surface. Let it sit for a few minutes so the gelatin blooms. Then gently heat on medium-low until the mixture liquefies, and skim any foam or bubbles from the top.

Step Two. Use a dropper or small measuring spoon to transfer the warm gummy liquid into silicone molds or a shallow dish.

Step Three. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight until fully set, then carefully remove the gummies from the molds.
Michelle’s Tips & Tricks
- Balance the flavor: If the pickle taste is too strong, use 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup pickle juice for a milder result.
- Add a coating: For a spicy kick, toss finished gummies lightly in a seasoning such as Tajín or another chile-lime mix.
Keep in mind that these are high in sodium
Pickle juice contains a lot of sodium. Enjoy these gummies in small amounts rather than eating an entire batch at once, especially if you are watching your sodium intake.
Storage Instructions
Keep the gummies refrigerated and consume within 5–7 days for best texture and flavor.
